At Partner Yoga Art we aim to provide the highest quality AcroYoga as an Artform in terms of teaching and creative services.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are offered only for pre-paid private sessions, workshops, or events if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the purchase date and at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Refunds for digital products (e.g., courses, video content) are not provided unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Disputes:

If you believe there has been an error with a payment or service, please contact us at [your contact email] to resolve the issue amicably.
Disputes raised through Stripe or other payment platforms without prior communication may delay resolution.

Private Sessions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a refund, as per the refund policy above.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

Workshops and Events:

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for rescheduling or partial refunds.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend a booked session, workshop, or event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

From time to time, EugeneButcher.com may offer promotions to new or existing clients.

Promotion Eligibility:
